Property Sales Coordinator, FTC

£28,800 (pro rata) + bonus

You will manage the sales process end to end from the offer through to completion ensuring you are tracking the key milestones throughout the different sale stages. You will liaise with key stakeholders, third party providers, legal/solicitors etc. Working collaboratively with the residential team, you will provide support in their operational hub. Key responsibilities include:
· Respond to all queries from sales advisors & external parties
· Ensure you are progressing each stage of the sale with high standards, ensuring compliance is robust an in line with legislation
· Take lead on the CRM ensuring all data inputted is accurate & up to date at all times
· Maintaining the CRM/data to high standards & accuracy
· Manage the sale process end-to-end from offer to completion liaising with key stakeholders & third party providers where needed
· Other adhoc duties where required

The client is seeking someone who is highly organised, attentive to detail & someone who self-motivated. To be successful in the role you must be IT literate, detail orientated & have experience around property/sales/coordination. Advantageous to those with current property sales experience.
This is a fixed term contract for 2 years with the potential of a permanent position, but not guaranteed.
Salary/benefits
£28,800 per annum – pro rata (£36,000 FTE)
30 hour working week (flexible over 4/5 days but Wednesday is essential to work)
1 day work from home
Up to 20% bonus yearly (dependent on performance)
25 days leave + bank holidays + Christmas shut down (increases after 3 years service)
