Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Front of House Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties
- Welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls with proper phone etiquette and direct enquiries accordingly
- Manage appointment scheduling
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Garage Hive
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming
- Handle correspondence, including emails and postal deliveries
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and updating records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoicing as required
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and external contacts
Skills
- Experience with data entry, clerical work, and administrative tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy
- Familiarity with Garage Hive
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in a repair garage is a must
