Our client is looking for a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician to join their highly skilled and well established team in Birmingham!
Minimum of 2 years’ of Paint Spraying, Panel beating and or MET Strip and Fit experience is required for this role!
Description:
Multiskilled Bodyshop Technicians are responsible for helping with all aspects of vehicle body repair. Bodyshop Technicians are responsible for carrying out repairs to damaged vehicles, conducting diagnosis and following relevant instructions on the job cards issued or as instructed by the Bodyshop Manager.
What we are offering:
- Full time/Permanent.
- Monday – Friday
- 45 hours per week (Can be flexible if needed)
- Basic salary: £45,000
- Bonus on top - OTE £55k Uncapped
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Current or very recent Bodyshop experience as an MET Technician of at least 1 year
- Full UK driver’s license
- Be able to work in a team and independently if needed
- Achieve deadlines and targets that are set out.
- You’ll need your own tools
- City & Guild Level 3 (or equivalent) in Automotive Bodyshop Repair
- ATA Qualification would be an advantage
- Previous Bodyshop MET experience is essential
- Rebuilding bodywork on damaged vehicles in a bonus bodyshop
