Adult Classical Ballet Teacher
Location: Lallet Studios
Hours: Currently 2 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours as our timetable expands.

Lallet Studios is a thriving dance and wellness centre for both adults and children, offering a welcoming and supportive environment where people of all ages can move, learn, grow, and connect. As we continue to expand our adult programme, we are looking for an inspiring and passionate Adult Classical Ballet Teacher to join our team.
The Role
We are seeking a fun, engaging, and knowledgeable ballet teacher who can create classes that challenge and inspire students while maintaining a warm and inclusive atmosphere. Our adult students range from complete beginners to those returning to dance after many years, so we are looking for someone who can make ballet accessible, enjoyable, and rewarding for everyone.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality adult classical ballet classes.
- Create a welcoming and encouraging environment for all abilities.
- Support students in developing technique, strength, confidence, and artistry.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere within the studio.
- Work alongside the Lallet team to help grow and develop our adult programme.
What We're Looking For
- Experience teaching classical ballet to adults.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and professional approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to motivate and inspire students of varying abilities.
- A passion for dance, movement, and wellbeing.
Additional Opportunities
The role currently consists of 2 hours per week, however we are actively expanding our adult timetable and are keen to hear from teachers who offer additional styles.
If you teach other dance, fitness, or wellness disciplines, we may be able to offer additional hours immediately. We are particularly interested in hearing from teachers with experience in:
- Pilates
- Barre
- Contemporary Dance
- Jazz
- Tap
- Musical Theatre
- Yoga
- Zumba
- Stretch & Mobility
- Strength & Conditioning
- Other adult dance, fitness, or wellness classes
