Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor/Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
- Clean and disinfect toilets, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored correctly and replenished as needed
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times during cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning activities
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy and presentable throughout the shift
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security
Skills
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous; training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact politely with clients and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude
- Supervising a team of cleaning staff.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent attention to detail and reliability in completing assigned duties
