About The Role

Contract Type: Temporary, Term Time Only (39 weeks)

Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week

Qualifications Required: GCSE Maths and English
Start Date: 1st September 2026
Salary: Grade 3 £24,404 to £25,183 per annum pro rata

Moston Lane Primary School are seek seeking to appoint enthusiastic, highly motivated, caring and committed Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking team.

The role will involve supporting groups of children in class and out of class, with a strong emphasis on improving reading, writing and mathematics skills.

Candidates will need excellent literacy and numeracy skills and an assessment of these will form part of the recruitment process. In addition to the interview you will be requred to plan and deliver a 20 minute activity to a group of children. More information will be provided to successful applicants.
