About the Role

In this role, you'll operate production machinery and work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring our products are made to the highest quality.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor production line machinery confidently
- Handle physical tasks safely, including regular heavy lifting (up to 16kg), bending, and manual dough preparation.
- Maintain strict food hygiene standards and help with deep cleaning workspaces and mixing machines.
- Accurately count stock using handheld tablets and support basic admin tasks
- Work safely and efficiently to meet production targets. This is a physically demanding, labor-intensive role that involves regular heavy lifting (up to 16kg), bending, and manual dough preparation.
Who We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working with machinery, ideally with some experience in food production (but don’t worry, full training is provided!)
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 16kg) and standing for long periods. Focused on maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills
- Ready to start immediately and eager to learn
