Overview
We are seeking an experienced Roofing Manager to lead and oversee our roofing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise roofing projects from inception to completion
- Manage and lead roofing teams, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols
- Oversee project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate procurement of materials and liaise with suppliers to meet project requirements
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Prepare reports on project status, budgets, and resource utilisation for senior management
Skills
- Proven management experience within the roofing or construction industry
- Supervising experience with a track record of leading successful teams
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to problem-solve effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to roofing projects
