We are looking for a Care Staff Supervisor to join our Fantastic team here at Bluebird Care Oswestry!
This is a part time post at £15,080 per annum and an excellent opportunity to develop a career in the care sector.
For this role, you must be experienced within the care sector and hold or be happy to work towards NVQ level 3.
The role -
We are searching for knowledgeable and skilled individuals who will be able to support our fantastic care assistants out in the field. You will have previous knowledge of completing competency checks, supervisions and supporting our staff members to provide a professional and safe service.
The most important priority to us as a caring organisation, is that our Care Staff Supervisor has the following qualities, caring and sensitive, flexible, and self-motivated. You will need to be well-organised & reliable, a good communicator who is as committed, as us all, to maintaining our high standards to our customers.
Your main duties will include supervisions, observations, medication checks for all care staff in Oswestry. This means working in our Oswestry office.
Qualifications -
- Minimum of Level 3 NVQ health and social care (or working towards it, or willing to work towards it)
- Care experience required
- Evidence of good teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Competent IT skills
- Confident leadership abilities
- Licenced driver and access to a reliable vehicle (able to use pool car when available)
This role requires you to be part of the emergency on call team on a rota basis. You may also be required to deliver care as part of the role.
