Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced No.1 Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a busy construction project.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager, with the potential for further work on future projects if you're a good fit with the team and perform well.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing site operations and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Essential Experience
You must have experience managing:
- Drainage and external works
- Attenuation tanks
- Car park formation
- Underground services and ducting
- Retaining walls
- Ground floor slab (piled raft)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager
- Strong IT skills, including:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft 365
- Excellent QA record keeping and site documentation
- SMSTS
- Gold or Black CSCS Card
- Valid 3-Day First Aid at Work Certificate
