As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the brigade while maintaining consistently high culinary standards across all services.
This role would suit a strong Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step or an experienced Sous Chef looking for a fresh challenge within a prestigious and food-led environment.
Duties:
- Support the Head Chef with all aspects of kitchen operations
- Lead the brigade during service and maintain exceptional standards
- Work with fresh, seasonal, high-quality ingredients
- Assist with menu development and daily specials
- Train and mentor junior chefs within the brigade
- Maintain excellent hygiene, organisation, and kitchen discipline
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality across all dishes
You will be a passionate and organised chef with a strong fresh food background and the ability to thrive within a busy professional kitchen.
