Front of House / Barista Position – Café Culture Kettering
Café Culture is looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Front of House Team Member / Barista to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year barista experience (essential)
- Confident preparing quality coffees and hot drinks
- Good customer service skills with a welcoming attitude
- Experience taking orders, serving customers, and working in a busy café environment
- Able to work as part of a team and use initiative
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good attention to detail and understanding of food hygiene and due diligence procedures
Responsibilities include:
- Making coffees and drinks to Café Culture standards
- Serving customers and handling orders
- Keeping the café clean, organised, and presentable
- Following food safety, cleaning, and due diligence checks
- Supporting the team during busy periods
Experience is required — full training on our systems will be provided.
