Job Summary:
We are a luxury chauffeur company based in London looking for a hands-on individual to take ownership of our website, marketing activity, and lead generation, while supporting day-to-day operations.
This role is focused on growing the business through better online presence, improved conversion, and consistent client engagement. You will be responsible for maintaining the website, generating reviews, managing social media, and supporting booking systems and admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update company website (WordPress)
- Improve website performance and conversion (enquiries/bookings)
- Set up and maintain pricing on booking systems
- Drive customer reviews (Trustpilot and direct outreach)
- Plan and execute social media content
- Support basic SEO and Google presence
- Monitor website traffic and performance (Google Analytics)
- Handle emails and assist with operational admin
- Maintain accurate data across bookings and systems
What matters in this role:
- Ability to generate leads, not just post content
- Strong attention to detail (pricing, job entry, systems)
- Understanding of how websites convert visitors into clients
- Consistency in execution (daily/weekly output)
Requirements:
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media
- Strong written English (client communication)
- Good Excel / organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks without supervision
Preferred:
- Experience running social media accounts for a business
- Experience improving website performance or generating enquiries
- Basic design skills (Canva / Photoshop)
Salary:
£25,000–£30,000 + performance-based bonus (linked to leads, reviews, and output)
