Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner
- Set up, stock and lead stations with initiative
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation
Experience:
- Previous experience as a chef or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
You will be trained additionally on our practices and be put through a Hygiene and Allergen certificate personal to you!
