Our client has a reputable name providing services in Social Housing Planned and Reactive Maintenance across Oldbury and Birmingham areas.. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Supervisor to help drive their business forward.
Title: Site Supervisor
Salary: up to £41K dependent on experience.
Location: covering Oldbury, Brimingham, and Dudley area
Contract: Planned & Repairs and Maintenance.
Requirements for the role include -
- Formal qualification and training within the building industry
- Understanding of all principles within contract management.
- The ability to adapt to busy workload.
- Prioritise a changing schedule
- Strong management skills and the ability to motivate a team at all levels
- Van and fuel card
Reporting into the Manager and delegation of tasks as required, largely site attendance, surveys, inspections, health and safety attendance, problem solving and quality assurance.
Management of subcontractors ( Plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and general builders)
Trade experience utilised/ demonstrated, and standards implemented.
Hands on work as required during peak periods of work or as required by line manager.
Programming and coordination of works.
Client and resident liaison (Good communication and computer skills).
