Permanent – Full Time, 40 hours per week.

We are recruiting for a leading social housing contractor to recruit Maintenance Electricians to carry out reactive and planned maintenance to occupied social housing properties in the Westminster London area.
This is a mobile role, traveling to domestic housing association properties for preventative & reactive maintenance and remedial work on occupied and unoccupied (voids) properties.
Receiving instructions and completing reports via PDA, work includes immersion heaters, fans, showers, security lighting, communal lights, domestic electrics, completion of minor works certificates and inspection, testing & remedial work on exchanges and voids.

- Essential Qualifications:
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment (Buildings, Structures and the Environment) (2357)
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Maintenance) (2357)
- Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification (5357)
- Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services Experienced Worker (2356)
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services – Electrical Installation (Building and Structures)
- Level 3 Electrotechnical Experienced Worker Qualification. (2347)
- EAL Building Services Engineering (Level 3) – Electrotechnical Installation
- Level 3 diploma in electrotechnical studies and practice (military engineering) DAO
- Inclusive of associated AM2 assessment
- Or equivalent historical qualifications
- Electrical Installations BS7671 (18th Edition) if not delivered as part of one of the above courses.

Work Location: On the road
