About the Role

What you’ll be doing
As part of our team, you’ll:
Support the Transport Planning team with coordinating and scheduling deliveries across the UK and Europe
Assist with daily and weekly operational planning, including route preparation and scheduling
Provide customs support, including documentation, data entry, and compliance checks
Help collect and analyse transport and customs data to identify trends and risks
Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency and service
Collaborate with internal teams, warehouses, carriers, and customer service to ensure smooth operations
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Currently in the second year of a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
A strong analytical thinker with good problem-solving skills
Proactive, organised, and self-motivated
Confident in using IT tools, especially MS Office 365, Teams, and Excel
An effective communicator, both written and verbal
Detail-focused, with a high level of accuracy
Enthusiastic and eager to learn
Knowledge of logistics systems such as SAP (preferred but not essential!).
