As Chef de Partie, you will run your own section within a focused brigade, helping deliver high-quality dishes across lunch and dinner service.
This is a role suited to a chef who enjoys working with exceptional produce and takes pride in consistency and presentation.
Duties:
- Run your own section during prep and service
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Support junior chefs within the brigade
- Maintain excellent hygiene and kitchen organisation
