Resident Host – The Copper House
Location: The Copper House, 21 The Strand Liverpool L1 8LT

As a Resident Host, you will be the first point of contact for everyone who arrives at our vibrant development, playing a vital role in ensuring residents feel at home throughout their stay with us.
Your mission is to deliver exceptional customer service and go above and beyond to make every interaction memorable. From welcoming new residents to responding to enquiries, coordinating maintenance, and supporting community events, your role is as dynamic as it is rewarding.
We’re seeking someone who is energetic, well-presented and highly organised, with a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service. At The Copper House Liverpool, no two days are the same, and we need someone who thrives on variety and can manage a flexible shift pattern with ease.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House Excellence:
Host the communal reception and workspace, warmly welcoming everyone as they arrive and depart. Be the first voice for telephone enquiries, resolving issues or directing calls appropriately
Resident Support:
Engage with residents to build lasting relationships, respond to feedback and suggestions, and ensure their experience is seamless. Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, conduct apartment tours, and provide property handovers.
Daily Operations:
- Maintain all communal spaces to the highest standards and coordinate additional servicing when required.
- Handle and distribute parcels and secure mail for residents.
- Arrange repair notifications and coordinate with internal teams or external contractors.
- Monitor the gym and communal areas to ensure a safe, well-maintained environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain accurate records, and support building emergency procedures, including fire safety protocols.
- Confidently report on measurable KPI's to Line Manager.
- Record all customer interactions on the CRM system.
- Prepare inventory check-in/out reports and manage related charges.
Community Engagement:
- Actively plan and execute resident events and community activities.
- Coordinate the booking of communal spaces.
- Proactively gather reviews from current and outgoing residents customer satisfaction portals.
- Engage with local businesses to foster external community.

Pay: £29,000.00 per year
