We are seeking a talented and professional Lash Technician to join our dynamic beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application and other specialised treatments. Duties
- Applying eyelash extensions with precision to achieve customised looks tailored to each client’s preferences
- Providing additional beauty services such as makeup application and guest services to enhance client satisfaction
- Managing front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and payment processing
- Utilising social media platforms to promote the salon’s services, showcase work, and engage with clients effectively
- Upselling complementary treatments such as deep tissue massages or other spa services to maximise client experience and revenue
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assisting with management tasks when required, including stock control and promotional activities
- Delivering exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalised advice
Qualifications
- Proven experience in eyelash extensions application; additional skills in makeup application or barbering are a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Experience in management or social media management is desirable but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to handle front desk duties efficiently while maintaining organisation under pressure
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest services is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to upsell treatments tactfully to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- A recognised qualification in beauty therapy or related field is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: £12.21-£37.74 per hour
