This role is far more than a standard reservations position and would suit someone who enjoys both guest interaction and operational coordination.
You will act as a central point for restaurant reservations and food and beverage administration, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from the very first point of contact.
Working closely with the restaurant, events, and management teams, you will coordinate bookings, manage guest communications, and ensure all details are accurately relayed across departments to deliver a smooth and memorable guest experience.

Duties:
- Manage restaurant reservations and guest enquiries via phone and email
- Accurately record booking details, special requests, and guest preferences
- Confirm reservations and maintain excellent communication with guests
- Coordinate restaurant diaries and booking systems
- Liaise with kitchen, restaurant, and management teams regarding reservations and special requirements
- Support food and beverage administration and departmental coordination
- Prepare menus, correspondence, and operational documentation where required
- Assist with meeting coordination, events administration, and internal communication
- Ensure all enquiries are responded to professionally and efficiently
