Job Description:
As a dispatcher at My Cab, you will be responsible for taking bookings over the phone and dispatching the bookings to the drivers available. It is your responsibility to ensure a timely and efficient service for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
▪︎ Answering the phone calls and taking the bookings from customers.
▪︎ Providing excellent customer service and referring to the manager on matters
▪︎ Using a data system to input and dispatch bookings.
▪︎ Prioritising important bookings, whilst keeping on time with all other bookings.
▪︎ Dispatching work to the closest drivers
▪︎ Updating information given, where relevant
