This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and operationally focused professional to lead fleet administration and cost control functions, ensuring operational excellence, strong supplier performance, and effective financial management across the business.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the Fleet Administration and Cost Control teams, driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, controlling costs, supporting commercial processes, and ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual obligations and business objectives.

Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in fleet operations within the logistics, transportation, or fleet management sectors.
- Sound mechanical knowledge with the confidence to evaluate maintenance requirements and assess repair costs accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling effective decision-making based on data and operational insights.
- Capable of identifying efficiencies, controlling costs, and improving fleet performance while maintaining high service standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the Fleet Administration and Cost Control teams, ensuring operational targets are met.
- Review and control costs, ensuring all invoices and charges comply with agreed contracts, budgets, and SLAs.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitoring performance against key service and financial KPIs.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and service delivery across departments.
- Support team development through regular performance reviews, coaching, and identifying training opportunities.
