Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Full Time Kitchen Assistant.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in a busy kitchen environment.
Duties
- Assist with food preparation, including peeling, chopping, and assembling ingredients
- Support the cooking process by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely delivery of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory checks to ensure freshness of ingredients
- Support serving staff during busy periods by delivering prepared dishes promptly
- Follow hygiene standards diligently, including proper waste disposal and cleaning schedules
- Help with setting up dining areas before service and clearing after service

Pay: £12.71 per hour
