About WSAPC
West Sussex Alternative Provision College (WSAPC) is an educational establishment based across the county on seven separate sites, providing education for pupils whom are permanently excluded, at risk of exclusion or too ill to attend school. Our ethos is to provide FOCUS (Future, Opportunities:, Curriculum, Us, School) for our pupils to re-engage them in their learning and support re-integration to mainstream provision.
Main Purpose

By transferring the specialist expertise of APC into mainstream settings, the role strengthens school systems, develops staff confidence and creates lasting change that improves outcomes and reduces the need for exclusion.
As a senior leader within the CAT Team, the postholder will champion innovation, professional curiosity and collaborative working, continually seeking creative solutions that build school capacity and improve the life chances of vulnerable children and young people.
