DART Ltd is a successful Construction Company with 30 years experience who operates within the refurbishment and remediations building sector of high net worth Insurance Companies dealing with high net worth clients across the South Coast and beyond. We undertake many projects following perils such as fires, floods, water and impact damage and we are looking for a Semi-Skilled Operative to join our team who will be a great ambassador for our company.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Semi -Skilled Operative to assist with strip-out and reinstatement works on domestic properties affected by insurance incidents, this is a hands on role requiring a good level of physical fitness and a willingness to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with strip out works including removal of damaged materials, supporting reinstatement works such as basic carpentry, boarding and finishing tasks, operating hand and power tools safely and effectively, loading/unloading materials and keeping work areas neat and tidy, following site Health & Safety procedures at all times and working both independently and as part of a team.
Good rates of pay
Full UK driving licence and car / van is essential
Own basic tools
Immediate start for the right candidate
