Duties
- Perform specialised beauty treatments - lash extensions, lash lifts, brows, makeup and other cosmetic services tailored to individual client needs
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalised beauty advice
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Manage your own schedule, appointments, and client records efficiently
- Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through ongoing professional development
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming and professional environment at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in beauty treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and offer suitable recommendations
- Previous experience working independently or as part of a team is advantageous but not essential
- A recognised qualification or certification in beauty therapy or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
