Hapikata are looking for practical, reliable crew to join us building and dismantling giant tipis for weddings and events across the South West.
This is a hands on outdoor role and suits people who enjoy physical work, early starts and being part of a small team.
The role includes:
- Building and dismantling giant tipis and event structures
- Loading and unloading vans and equipment
- Driving company vans between sites
- Working on farms, fields and event venues across the South West
- General setup and pack down duties
This role would suit people from:

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Comfortable driving vans
- Physically fit and comfortable with long outdoor days
- Reliable and flexible with changing weekly schedules
Pay:
- £13.00–£15.50 per hour depending on capability
- Typical days are 8–12 hours
- Opportunity to progress into additional responsibilities & pay
Working pattern:
- Usually Monday to Thursday
- Early starts are common
- Weekly hours vary depending on bookings and seasonality
Self employed basis.
This is not a casual weekend role. We are looking for people who enjoy physical outdoor work and want regular seasonal work.
