Job Summary
Workoola Industrial is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Minibus Driver to transport employees to and from various client sites across the Yorkshire region.
The role involves driving minibuses ranging from 8 to 16 seats and ensuring passengers arrive safely and on time for the start and end of their shifts. Hours will vary depending on client requirements and routes, with work available across early mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees between designated pick-up points and client sites across Yorkshire.
- Operate 8 to 16-seat minibuses in accordance with road traffic regulations and company policies.
- Complete vehicle safety checks before and after each journey.
- Ensure passengers travel safely and adhere to seat belt requirements.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with passengers and clients.
- Plan and follow routes effectively to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Keep vehicles clean, presentable and roadworthy.
- Report any vehicle defects, incidents or delays promptly.
- Complete any required transport documentation and mileage records.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence with D1 entitlement (or equivalent entitlement to drive minibuses).
- A clean driving record.
- Previous experience driving minibuses, vans, taxis, buses or other passenger vehicles is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the Yorkshire road network and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, afternoons and evenings.
Desirable
- Previous experience transporting staff or passengers.
