You will have the commitment and drive to make our guests happy.
As a Guest Service Manager your role will be to ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times. You will lead from the front and take responsibility for the guests journey from the point of booking, to checkout & beyond!
What you will need…
The successful Guest Services Manager candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can multitask effectively whilst leading a team to deliver excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have previous experience of supervising others within a front office capacity and will ideally have knowledge of a hotel front office system. Most importantly of all you will have the charisma, understanding and drive to ensure you do your best, for every guest!
