‘Marjorie’s’ is inspired by the creative and vibrant ‘bar à vins’ of Paris where guests visit for a glass of wine and small plates of modern French cuisine. The venue has a short, well-curated, French-only wine list that champions both emerging, small suppliers and well known, classic French varietals. The ambition for our menu is to celebrate simplicity, sustainability and the natural beauty of high-quality seasonal ingredients.
We are currently looking to recruit a bar back to join the recently opened restaurant. The role will include:
- Maintaining stock of glasses and cutlery throughout fast-paced shifts
- Assisting bartenders with the preparation and replenishment of bar stock throughout shifts
- Assisting bartenders prepare bar snacks for guests
- Running drinks and bar snacks to guests with confidence and flare
The position will be approximately 15-20 hours per week for evening shifts only. Candidates must be available Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings weekly.
