Restaurant Manager — New Opening
We’re on the hunt for a Restaurant Manager who knows how to bring the floor to life. This is a big-role opportunity for someone who loves hospitality, leads with confidence, and gets a real kick out of building a team and opening a venue with impact.
From the first briefing to the first packed service, you’ll be a key part of creating a restaurant that feels vibrant, polished, and impossible to ignore. We’re looking for someone who can balance great people leadership with strong operational control and a genuine love for memorable guest experiences.
What the role involves
- Leading the front-of-house team with energy, confidence, and high standards.
- Delivering exceptional guest experience and creating a warm, upbeat, high-performance culture.
- Supporting recruitment, training, onboarding, and development for the opening team.
- Driving service quality, floor management, shift planning, and daily operational excellence.
- Working closely with the kitchen and senior leadership team to keep the whole venue moving as one.
- Taking ownership of labour, standards, service flow, and commercial performance.
- Setting the tone for a restaurant that feels exciting, well-run, and guest-obsessed.
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a busy, quality-driven hospitality environment.
- A natural host and people leader who can inspire a team and stay cool under pressure.
- Strong understanding of service standards, team management, and floor operations.
- Commercial awareness with a sharp eye for detail, pace, and performance.
- Great communication skills and a hands-on style of leadership.
- Someone who thrives on the buzz of new openings and loves building something from scratch.

Pay: Up to £45,000.00 per year
