Mixed shift pattern including splits e.g, ranging from mornings 7am-3pm , , evenings 1pm or 3pm-7pm(6pm winter), 4-7/9pm
No previous experience necessary but would help.
Ability to learn stock and business - work & think independently & quickly on your feet.
Pleasant, helpful & friendly customer manner all times.
Ability to cope with physical work & stairs restocking at a fast pace carrying reasonable loads.
Excellent communication skills needed.
Full training given
Be organised with good arithmetic, good written & reading skills essential.
Good food Hygiene knowledge , basic food preparation skills & ability to clean all shop areas effectively.
Responsibility to open up & close/cash up & keep accurate records.
The job entails many aspects and is not just stood behind a till. The ideal candidate will be able to take instruction as well as see jobs that need doing and do them without being told whilst maintaining a positive friendly attitude to staff and colleagues.
