KOICOMS is a growing Glasgow City Centre business services provider supporting SMEs across the UK.
As part of continued growth within our commercial waste division, we are expanding our internal sales team focused on developing new business nationwide.
We are looking for hungry, commercially minded salespeople who are confident building pipelines, developing relationships and winning new business.
This is a true outbound B2B sales role focused on generating and developing commercial waste accounts across your allocated region.
You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, managing follow-ups properly and developing long-term customer relationships through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn and social selling activity.
This is not a passive account management role or call centre environment waiting for inbound leads.

Responsibilities
- Generate new commercial business across your allocated region
- Prospect businesses through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn and social selling activity
- Generate consistent outbound sales activity daily
- Build relationships with business owners and decision makers
- Manage your own pipeline and follow-ups
- Achieve daily and monthly KPIs
- Follow up quotations and opportunities consistently
- Keep CRM records and pipelines updated accurately and consistently
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs
- Identify and develop high-value account opportunities across SMEs, hospitality, bars, franchise groups, care homes, property management companies and other commercial sectors
- Build long-term customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales or telesales experience preferred
- Strong outbound sales mentality
- Confident speaking with decision makers
- Organised with follow-ups and pipeline management
- Target driven and motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Backgrounds in commercial waste, energy utilities, telecoms, merchant services, recruitment or B2B services are advantageous but not essential.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Business hours
- No weekends
Salary & Commission
- £13.00 – £15.00 per hour basic depending on experience
- Equivalent to approximately £27,040 – £31,200 per year based on a 40-hour working week
- Uncapped commission structure
- Realistic OTE £45,000 – £80,000+
- Weekly and monthly incentives
- Progression opportunities into management roles
