I’m working with a highly respected, award‑winning estate agency in High Wycombe that is looking to bring on an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their successful, fast‑paced lettings team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, confident negotiator who thrives in a target‑driven environment and wants to be part of a business that genuinely invests in its people.
The Role
- Managing a busy applicant database and conducting high‑quality viewings
- Securing lets, negotiating offers, and progressing deals through to move‑in
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Supporting the Lettings Manager with valuations and market advice
- Driving performance and contributing to the overall success of the branch
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator
- Strong negotiation skills and a confident, proactive approach
- Excellent communication and the ability to build rapport quickly
- A full UK driving licence
- Someone ambitious, motivated, and keen to progress within a leading brand
