We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative products. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to support product launches.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to drive product enhancements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, e-commerce, or digital products.
