As a Senior Care Assistant in a supported living environment, you’ll be involved in the recruitment of, and the ongoing development of support workers by carrying out staff supervisions, candidate interviews and providing general guidance and expertise.

Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (you’ll be travelling within the local community to support clients in their homes).
