About the Role
We're looking for an organised, reliable Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our office. You'll handle general admin, diary management, and correspondence, with some involvement in recruitment as needed. This is a great role for someone who's proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable managing a varied workload.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling day-to-day office administration and general correspondence — emails, calls, and post
- Organising diaries, meetings, and appointments for the Directors
- Maintaining office systems, records, and filing
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Coordinating travel arrangements where needed
- Supporting with recruitment when required — posting job ads, screening CVs, and arranging interviews
- Assisting with new starter onboarding
- Assisting with ad hoc admin tasks and projects as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an admin or office support role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive information
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Any experience with recruitment or hiring processes is a bonus, but not essential
