Rodeo is an AI-powered career platform for 18–30 year olds. We focus on the millions of young people who are unsure about what they want to do or struggling to navigate the job market.
We're a small, venture-backed team based in London, building something that doesn't exist yet in the UK careers market.
This role offers flexible working (approximately 1-2 days per week), a direct line to the founder, and the chance to shape a product and brand from an early stage.
<The role>
Rodeo is looking for flexible, part-time Growth Ambassadors to help us reach the people who need Rodeo most. This is a hands-on role: part product tester, part growth hacker. You'll need to be comfortable figuring things out as you go and acting on your own initiative.
We're looking for someone with an demonstrated interest in AI and strong communication skills. You should be self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and genuinely interested in helping people find work.
<Responsibilities>
- Help with product testing and feature scoping.
- Run grassroots user acquisition — paid referrals, job fairs, community events, local partnerships, online groups.
- Feed user insights back to the product team to shape what we build
