M2 Property is privately owned residential property and buildings management company based in South Kensington. We're looking to recruit a permanent full-time Buildings Manager to join our busy office. The portfolio of managed property and buildings includes prime residential property in central London. The candidate must be a self starter, experienced and IRPM qualified. Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
Job Role:
This role will require hands on management of a portfolio and will involve working alongside our existing Property Manager and Building Manager. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of Buildings Management, which will include all health & safety, periodic inspections, issues management, service charge arrears, supplier management, preparation of budgets, and major works project management.
Character profile:
The candidate must be well organised, a self starter, experienced, IRPM qualified, comfortable with income/expenditure and financial accounts. Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications. Must be computer literate and proficient in residential Property Management software packages (ideally Eurolink or Veco).
Previous experience in residential Buildings Management is essential.
Package:
Basic: £27-35k (depending on experience)
Hours: 9am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Interview process:
Initial interview, followed by trial day in office.
