Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with their purchases, providing product information and recommendations.
- Sales: Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Merchandising: Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, with products displayed attractively.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Stock Management: Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organising stock.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and provide an excellent shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock.
