Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and assistance to individuals in their daily activities
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and assisting at meal times
- Support individuals in maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Assist with medication reminders and administration, carry out weekly medication audits.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Accompany individuals to appointments or outings, as needed
- Document and report any changes in individuals' condition or behaviour and action this as apropriate
- support deputy/manager in day to day running of the home
- work as part of a multi-agency team to support residents needs
- support care staff in there day to day job role, insuring a positive professional approach is carried out at all times.
