JOB PURPOSE
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for our customers. This position involves resolving customer issues, providing information, and ensuring that the organisation’s customer service values are upheld.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide front line support to customers whilst responding to requests for support and information through effective communications always ensuring confidentiality and professionalism, whether via telephone, email or LiveChat.
- Resolve enquiries from customers relating to pricing, presales, replacement requests, dispatch, transport, delivery of goods and issues and/or complaints within agreed time frame whilst liaising with the eCommerce team.
- Effectively log customer complaints and escalate for resolution as required with appropriate teams via tracking sheets.
- Collate eCommerce sales data and send reports to the Finance team.
- Perform other clerical duties such as transcribing whilst supporting the customer team lead when necessary.
