The Role
We’re recruiting experienced Support Workers to support young adults and adults with complex needs and behaviours that challenge across supported living and community-based services in the Southampton area.
This is not ad hoc agency work — we are building a stable, long-term team.

Key responsibilities:
Deliver person-centred support
Support individuals with behavioural and emotional needs
Use de-escalation techniques to manage behaviours
Promote independence and community engagement
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

Requirements
Minimum 6 months’ UK experience supporting:
Learning disabilities
Mental health needs
Behaviours that challenge
Experience with PBS or similar approaches
Training in PBS / PBM / Maybo / MAPPA / NAPPI (desirable)
Drivers preferred (due to location and community-based support)
Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred)
