Job Description
Your role will be to attend booked appointments to measure for interior plantation shutters (and the odd blinds) and to offer a design consultation based on requirements and window specifications. You will work closely with our friendly office team and confirm successfully placed orders directly with our supplier.
This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys the eye for detail of surveying as well as working with a variety of clients.
Standard working hours are 08.30am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday.
A welcome bonus will be payable in 2 parts. £500 on completion of the probationary period and £500 after 1 year in the role.
Skills/ requirements
The right candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience measuring internal Plantation Shutters
- Have a friendly and enthusiastic approach to their work and be confident dealing with a variety of clients.
- Be presentable as the face of the company.
- Hold a Full UK Clean Driving Licence.
- Have a skilled and practical approach to technical aspects of the role.
- Work well as a team.
- Be well organised and self-motivated.
The right candidate may:
- Have experience in carpentry, joinery or similar.
- Have experience dealing with clients directly.
- Feel confident with a friendly and informative sales approach.
Salary
£35,000 - £45,000 plus a comprehensive commission scheme.
