About the role: Our Mobile Cleaning Supervisors are the backbone of our operations, charged with providing cleaning services to clients in South Wales and Bristol. They guarantee that even during staff absences, our clients consistently receive top-quality service
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning Services: Mobile Cleaning Supervisors are responsible for providing thorough and professional cleaning services to our valued clients across South Wales and Bristol, ensuring that each location meets the company's exacting standards.
- Working Hours: Expect a commitment of a minimum of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work. Embrace the possibility of adapting to variable work schedules.
- Flexibility: In this dynamic role, adaptability is key. You may be called upon to cover for colleagues during periods of sickness or annual leave, ensuring that our clients' cleaning requirements are consistently met. This may involve adjusting your schedule at short notice.
- Travel: Mobile Cleaning Supervisors are constantly on the move, transitioning between locations to carry out professional cleaning tasks. If you enjoy being on the road and working in diverse environments, this role is a perfect fit.
- Variety: Every week, and sometimes even every day, brings a fresh set of professional cleaning challenges in different environments.
- Vehicle Care and Maintenance: In addition to your cleaning responsibilities, you are responsible for the care and maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
- Onsite Trials and Training: You play a pivotal role in the growth of our team. Your responsibilities include conducting onsite trials and providing training to new staff members to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles, contributing to the overall success of our professional cleaning services.
