RGS Landscaping Ltd is a trusted name in hard and soft landscaping, specialising in high quality finishes for new build housing and commercial developments. As our company continues to grow, we are looking to expand our team with skilled and motivated Groundworkers who take pride in their work.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking experienced Groundworkers to join our team on a full-time or contract basis. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of groundwork duties with a focus on high standards, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laying paving slabs, edgings, kerbs and block paving
- Ground preparation including formation and sub-base installation
- Carrying out ducting and drainage work
- Performing a variety of daily groundwork tasks as needed
- Working as part of a team to deliver landscaping projects to specification and deadlines
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications & Requirements:
- Essential:
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Desirable:
- Dumper and/or Excavator qualifications
- Experience on new build housing or commercial sites
- Multiskilled.
