This is a fantastic opportunity to join our People Service Team. Following a recent restructure we are currently seeking an experienced part time HR Advisor to join our team.
As a key member of the People Services team, you will provide first-line advice, guidance and case management support to managers and colleagues throughout the employee lifecycle.
You will play an essential role in supporting a positive, inclusive and engaging employee experience that enables colleagues to deliver high-quality, rights based advocacy. Working closely with the People Services Manager, you will ensure HR policies, processes and practices are legally compliant, consistently applied and aligned with the organisation’s values.
Hours of Work: Full-time: 25 hours per week (5 hours per day). To be worked between the hours of 9am to 5pn, Monday to Friday
Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Stevenage and Birmingham office) Contract type: Permanent
What you will bring to the role:

Experience of working as an Advisor within a fast-paced environment.

Ability to multi-task, adapt and operate at all levels when working under pressure.

Organised and self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships, having the confidence to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.

Strong system and MS Office skills.

Previous experience of HR systems desirable, specifically IRIS system
