Dental Elite are recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed practice in Penryndeudraeth, Gwynedd, located in the heart of the stunning Snowdonia National Park.

About the Role
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract: Full-time preferred, part-time considered (minimum 3 days)
- Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
- NHS Remuneration: 40% NHS split (negotiable)
- Private Remuneration: 45% private split (negotiable)
- Retainer Available: Guaranteed day rate available for the initial months if required
- Relocation Package: Available for exceptional candidates committing to 4+ days per week
- Patient Base: Established NHS list maintained since 2006
Ideal Candidate
- Active NHS Performer Number essential
- FD+1 candidates welcome with mentoring available
- Confident delivering general NHS dentistry
- Keen to develop private treatments alongside NHS
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Team-oriented with a professional approach
Practice Details
- Mixed practice – 60% NHS / 40% private
- 6 surgery practice
- Fully digital using Dentally software
- Equipped with intraoral scanners, intraoral cameras, rotary endodontics and OPG
- Remote Treatment Coordinator (TCO) support
- Dedicated Marketing Manager driving new patient growth and private uptake
- In-house prosthetics, crown and bridge laboratory support
- Access to specialist dentists within the group for referrals and support
- On-site mentorship available
