Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads by engaging with potential clients through outbound calls and follow-up communications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop sales skills within a supportive environment, utilising CRM software and telemarketing techniques to contribute to the company's growth. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using established scripts and personalised communication strategies
- Qualify leads based on client needs and company criteria, ensuring high-quality appointment setting
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, maintaining accurate records within CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Follow up with potential clients via email or phone to confirm appointments and provide additional information as required
- Maintain detailed logs of all interactions, updating CRM systems promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimise outreach strategies and improve appointment conversion rates
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, adapting messaging to suit diverse audiences
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting roles is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a distinct advantage
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections professionally
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets and continuous improvement
